When we set out to buy the official rubber strap for the Tudor Black Bay 54, we hit an unexpected wall. Not only was the price incredibly steep, but it also required purchasing a brand new clasp—despite already owning a perfectly engineered one from the original bracelet. To make matters worse, the OEM strap felt a little flimsy, and we felt its cut-to-fit design left minimal material to secure the watch safely. It just didn’t live up to the rugged standard we expected from Tudor.
So, we built our own.
The Helford Strap
Designed specifically for the Tudor BB54, the Helford strap keeps what already works—the original clasp—and improves on everything else. It’s rugged, secure, and purpose-built to handle real-world adventure. No waste. No compromise. Just a better solution for a serious tool watch.
Why “Helford”?
The name comes from the Helford River in Cornwall, on the southern coast of England. It’s a place known for its natural beauty, watersports, and outdoor pursuits. In short, it’s exactly the kind of environment a Tudor watch was made for. We wanted our strap to reflect that same spirit: reliable, practical, and ready for whatever comes next.

The BB54 was our starting point, but we’re not stopping there. We're planning to expand the range to other Tudor models and are open to suggestions from fellow watch owners. If there's a strap you think should exist, we’re listening.
